  • 1 ½ cups milk (fat-free, 2% or whole)
  • 1 packet (1.25 ounces) dark chocolate hot cocoa mix
  • 5 tablespoons caramel dessert topping, divided
  • ¼ cup miniature marshmallows

Directions

In 4-cup, microwave-safe, measuring cup combine milk, cocoa mix and 3 tablespoons of the caramel topping. Microwave on high (100% power) for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot, whisking every minute.

In small microwave-safe bowl place the remaining 2 tablespoons caramel topping. Microwave on high (100% power) for 15 to 45 seconds or until hot.

Pour chocolate mixture into two 10-ounce mugs. Top with marshmallows. Drizzle with the warm caramel topping.

Before serving, in microwave-safe bowl microwave ¾ cup caramel dessert topping for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot, stirring every 30 seconds. To serve, ladle chocolate mixture into twelve 10-ounce mugs. Sprinkle with 1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows. Spoon hot caramel topping on each serving.
