Number of Servings: 1

Go ahead, try and resist making a recipe called Cookie in a Cup. Can’t do it, can you? We don’t blame you. It sounds fun and delicious because it is! It’s a gingersnap steamer full of all the ingredients that make fans of these little cookies smile. Molasses, honey, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, cookies and whipped cream. Yum. Plus, it’s *ahem* a snap to make. Sure, it’s a lot of measuring out ingredients, but you just warm them up and dump ‘em into a blender with some milk.
